In the list below are all of our frequently asked questions.
We primarily operate throughout the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, including Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, as well as Naples, Pompeii, etc… We also arrange private transfers to other cities and regions across Italy, please contact us with your itinerary for more details.
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. Last-minute requests are welcome and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
To arrange your service and to quote it properly, we require: full name, date, pick-up time, location, number of passengers, and a contact number.
All prices are fixed and agreed in advance, with no hidden costs. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service, please contact us directly for full details.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is typically paid in cash or with credit card directly to the driver on the day of the service.
Lunch and entrance tickets (e.g., Pompeii, museums) are not included. We can assist with booking a table upon request.
It depends on each service individually, but generally speaking, our pricing includes:

Your driver will meet you at the agreed location holding a sign with your name. For train stations, meeting is usually at the platform(e.g. the meeting in Naples train station is at platform 24); for airports, outside arrivals.
We provide pick-up and drop-off directly at the cruise port. We monitor arrival times to ensure timely service, even in case of delays.
We offer private transfers to and from all major airports. Your driver will track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly if needed. In between the ride a stop can be added(e.g. stop in Pompeii) for an extra fee.
We provide door-to-door service from any hotel, B&B, or private accommodation. Please ensure the address is accessible by vehicle, or otherwise we will schedule a pickup at the first possible location.
All our drivers speak English and are experienced in assisting international travelers.
No charge will be applied if your ship cannot dock due to weather or operational reasons, provided we are informed in advance.
Tipping is not mandatory in Italy, but it is always appreciated as a gesture of satisfaction for good service.
